Workshop Facilitation

MGP’s Workshop Facilitation Services support organizations to improve their performance by enhancing leadership efficiency, maximizing organizational capabilities, and linking the organizational culture to bottom line. 1. Leadership Team Development

This workshop is aimed at helping participants:

  • Understand the basics around the “Whos”, “Whats”, “Hows” and “Whys” of coaching;
  • Develop specific coaching skills through the assistance of simulation and role play;
  • Use provided tools to better understand their own coaching style, strengths and areas that need more attention;
  • Master the basic knowledge and skills to practice coaching on a day-to-day basis.

c) Building a high performing culture;

The workshop is designed to help participants:

  • Understand what the organization’s culture is composed of and why it matters to performance;
  • Engage in group discussion regarding organizational culture highlights, and their implication at both the positive and negative ends;
  • Share and discuss Denison Organizational Culture Survey results (if applicable);
  • Align on actions with regard to improving the culture at different Business Units, Levels and Functions.

3. Strategy & Planning Facilitation

MGP facilitates Leadership Retreats as well as Strategy and Planning meetings to:
