Qualification

• Master’s degree in Psychology (I/O, occupational, clinical, or counseling), Management, or other Social Science disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience in relevant professional domains is a plus
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin is a prerequisite
• Well-developed organizational and communication skills
• A highly professional appearance and demeanor
• Aspiration to develop knowhow in assessment and development

Responsibilities

• Work closely as an apprentice with a supervisor consultant by shadowing and participating in client engagement activities and consulting service delivery. The engagement is related to activities on the Tool Based Solution Platform and the Service Platform
• Gradually work under supervision and independently on certain consulting deliveries
• Process, compile, and analyze project-related data as needed for research purposes
• Work with the project team at MGP to drive process optimization in the client engagement process
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and protect confidential client- and company-related information.
• Continue your personal and professional development. Contribute to the client focus, the high professional standards, the supportive team, and the learning culture of MGP

Location

The position will be based in the MGP office in Shanghai
